People warned of nuisances in the city of Trenton will be given seven days to bring the nuisance into compliance.  That is according to Trenton Police Chief Tommy Wright.

Previously ten days was given.  However, Chief Wright reports that effective immediately, the abatement warning notices will reflect the property owner/occupant now has seven days to have the nuisance in compliance.

Because of a change in state law, the Trenton City Council amended Trenton’s nuisance ordinance to reflect that change.
