The Grundy County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest Monday of three area residents on unrelated charges.

Thirty-three year old Cody James Burchett of Trenton was charged with felony first-degree stalking—first offense. Forty-seven-year-old Jeffrey Paul Hanna of Trenton was charged with felony fourth-degree domestic assault—third or subsequent offense. Court documents accuse him of causing physical injury to a family or household member by striking him in the head multiple times. Court documents also say he was convicted of domestic assault in Livingston County Circuit Court in June 2010 and in Grundy County Circuit Court in October 2016.
