Among cases Tuesday in the Associate Division of Grundy County Circuit Court.

Trenton resident Shaun McClintock was placed on probation after he pleaded guilty to an amended charge of misdemeanor driving while intoxicated. According to a plea agreement, the imposition of sentence was suspended and McClintock was placed on two years probation.

Conditions include serving ten days on weekends at the Grundy County Detention Center at the rate of $30.00 per day paid to the sheriff. He’s also to complete the Substance Abuse Traffic Offender Program and wear an electronic monitoring (Scram) bracelet for 90 days once the jail time is finished. McClintock is to pay $118 in recoupment funds and court costs.

Galt resident Adam Davis Davidson pleaded guilty to two counts of tampering with a utility meter 2nd degree. Separate incidents were alleged for January 13th and February 17th and the court accepted a plea agreement on each count.

Davidson was sentenced to 90 days in the Grundy County Detention Center with the terms concurrent with each other. He was credited with eight days served and the court suspended the rest of the sentence and placed Davidson on one-year probation. Also with each count, Davidson was ordered to pay restitution of $297 to the prosecuting attorney’s office, donate $50.00 to the law enforcement restitution fund and pay court costs.

Two other defendants, Justin Ray Kottman of Princeton and Devin Dominique Massey of Trenton, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor possession of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid of ten grams or less. Each was fined $300, ordered to donate $100 to the law enforcement restitution fund and pay court costs.
