A Kansas City, Kansas was killed and a Chillicothe youth seriously injured when a car went off Highway 190 and overturned northwest of Chillicothe. The North Central Missouri College Board of Trustees approved the fiscal year 2018 annual audit as presented at its meeting last (Thursday) evening.
