Several awards were presented at the Trenton High School band concert. These including outstanding participants by grade: Freshmen: Callie Jackson and Amanda Parrack, Sophomore Lily White, Junior, Karissa Brock and Senior Chase Marsh. Winning the John Phillip Sousa Award was Leah Polk who also received the Jose Sanchez Barron the fourth memorial scholarship.
