Thirty-eight-year-old Brandon Dickens and accused of tampering with a motor vehicle, felony possession of a controlled substance, first offense driving while intoxicated, careless and imprudent driving, not having a valid driver’s license, no proof of insurance, and misdemeanor property damage.
