A portion of north Princeton has been placed under a precautionary boil advisory. The area affected includes Brown Street to Highway 65 and Park to Hazelwood. The advisory followed repairs Wednesday to a water main break. The boil advisory is in effect until 7:30 Friday night, August 17th.

Spickard water tower to be shut down today
The water tower at Spickard will be shut down for about four hours today (Tuesday). Mayor Jesse Richmond reports shutting down the water tower will affect all of Spickard, but did not specify a timeframe for the shutdown period.
