A representative for Milan says water is off for the entire city due to a semi-truck hitting and breaking a fire hydrant. The city will be placed under a precautionary boil advisory until further notice. The Milan C-2 School District will dismiss today (Tuesday, September 24, 2019) at 11:30 due to the water being off.
