The highway patrol reports a Shakopee, Minnesota resident, 22-year old Keagan Bozicezich, was arrested Friday afternoon in Harrison County and accused of felony possession of heroin, felony resisting arrest, plus unlawful use of paraphernalia, speeding, and misdemeanor driving while intoxicated.
