Chillicothe man arrested on warrants after crashing south of Belton

Residents of Chillicothe and Stillwell, Kansas were hurt when vehicles they were driving sideswiped south of Belton. Eighty-two-year-old Robert Matthews of Stillwell, Kansas was taken to Research Hospital with minor injuries.
