The highway patrol reports an arrest in Harrison County of an out-of-state fugitive. Thirty-six-year-old Jerry Thompson of Mobile, Alabama was arrested on Thursday afternoon, March 17, and taken to the Harrison County Law Enforcement Center in Bethany. Thompson was being held without bond.
