Lathrop man sentenced to prison for $1.7M fraud scheme
A Lathrop, man was sentenced in federal court for a $1.7 million fraud scheme related to the sale of his business. Todd Edwin Rood, 53, of Lathrop, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Gary A. Preliminary data from the Missouri Department of Conservation shows that turkey hunters checked 44,187 birds during Missouri’s 2016 regular spring turkey season April 18 through May 8.
