A wrongful death case filed in the Grundy County Circuit Court against the Grundy County Nursing Home District has been voluntarily dismissed. Kathy Forson filed the case against the Nursing Home District as well as its employees Donita Youtsey, Ann Furguson, and Vanessa Lentz doing business as Sunnyview Nursing Home and Apartments July 20th, 2016.
