Highway Patrol conducts DWI operation in Harrison County

The Highway Patrol conducted a driving while intoxicated saturation in Harrison County this weekend. Troop H Commanding Officer Captain James McDonald reports six officers patrolled the county from Saturday night at 7 o’clock to Sunday morning at 3 o’clock. Highway patrol arrests Cameron woman

The Highway Patrol reports the arrest of a Cameron woman in Dekalb County early Tuesday morning. The Patrol accused 58-year-old Therese Lewis of the misdemeanor of driving while intoxicated as well as no insurance and possession of marijuana, prior offender. She was taken to the Daviess-DeKalb Regional Jail on a 12-hour hold.

Man arrested in Daviess County on Kansas warrant for sex offender registration violation

The highway patrol reports the arrest of a Topeka, Kansas resident Sunday afternoon in Daviess County. According to patrol, 35-year-old Derrick Thomas was arrested on a warrant from Shawnee County, Kansas for alleged violation of a sex offender registration act. The Missouri Highway Patrol Saturday arrested a Nebraska motorist on Grundy County charges involving drugs and alcohol. 52-year-old William James Fune of O’Neil, Nebraska is accused of possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine; as well as driving while intoxicated, persistent offender.
