Missourians are being encouraged to file income taxes as soon as possible this year. Financial advisor Marshall Mennenga says Congress and the Trump administration wanted a smaller, easier tax form. The two-page 1040 has increased to eight pages and Mennenga advises taxpayers to file income taxes as early as possible.
