A candidate for the City of Chillicothe April 2nd election has withdrawn from the ballot. Chillicothe City Clerk Rozanne Frampton reports Kathy Gilliland withdrew her candidacy for City Auditor Tuesday afternoon. Gilliland was the only filing for City Auditor.
