Missouri state troopers say the body of a female has been found in a submerged vehicle in southeast Missouri’s Butler County on Tuesday. KFVS’ Carly O’Keefe has the story. KFVS reports the Patrol’s dive team has recovered the victim. State troopers are working to identify her and determine the cause of death.
