The Spickard R-2 Board of Education the evening of Monday, September 21st raised substitute pay from $80 to $85. Secretary Kelli Girdner reports an addition to the handbook was approved that says no homemade baked goods can be brought for classroom parties or birthdays. Snacks must be prepackaged.
