Highway patrol saturation event nets one arrest along with numerous citations and warnings
The Missouri State Highway Patrol, Troop H in St. Joseph, announces the arrest of one intoxicated driver. The DWI saturation event in Clinton and Caldwell counties took place on November 21st. The Patrol also issued 27 traffic citations, gave 41 warnings, and assisted three motorists.
