The Highway Patrol reports the arrest of a Kearney man in Caldwell County Saturday morning. The Patrol accuses 29-year-old Jacob Brinkley of felony possession of methamphetamine and opioid pills as well as misdemeanor possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. He was taken to the Caldwell County Jail for a 24-hour hold.
