A 44-year-old Trenton man, Billy Griffin, has been charged in Grundy County with driving while intoxicated,persistent offender. The charge says Griffin was convicted of driving while intoxicated in Livingston County in 2002 and operating a vessel while intoxicated in Camden County in 2006.
