An international company wants to spread dozens of big turbines over thousands of acres in the northwestern part of the county. County Commissioner Fred Parry says its an emotional issue right now.     Parry told affiliate KSSZ in Columbia that landowners could get ten thousand dollars per wind pole they allow on their property.
