The highway patrol reports the arrest in Sullivan County of a Milan resident on a felony parole warrant. Twenty-nine-year-old Thomas N. Miller was arrested Tuesday afternoon and taken to the Sullivan County Jail. The arrest bond shows no bond on the parole warrant.
