Mercer County Public Water Supply District Number 1 has issued a boil advisory for customers along Route JJ, including the Half Rock area. The advisory for the area from Route E to the Grundy County line and from Route J to Route C will continue until Thursday afternoon at 2 o’clock.

A boil advisory has been issued for some Mercer County Public Water customers. The advisory affects the area from the Route C and Route JJ junction west to Jasper Road and from Jasper Road north to Jet Road. Those customers are asked to boil drinking water until further notice.
