Novinger man arrested for failing to register as a sex offender
The Highway Patrol reports the arrest of a Novinger man on felony Adair County warrants on two counts of failure to register as a sex offender. Thirty-five-year-old Richard Weakley was arrested on the warrants in Adair County Friday morning. Weakly was transferred to Adair County Sheriff’s Office where he was being held without bond.

Kirksville man arrested for failing to register as a sex offender
The Highway Patrol arrested a Kirksville man in Adair County Wednesday night on an accusation of felony failure to register as a sex offender—second offense. Fifty-seven-year-old Calvin Craig was also accused of driving while revoked—second offense. Craig was transported to the Adair County Jail for a 24-hour hold.
