Swine show winners at the North Central Missouri Fair

There were 143 entries in the swine show yesterday at the North Central Missouri Fair in Trenton.

That number is down 38 from entries from last year, but similar to two years ago and greater than four years ago.

Porter Ficken exhibited the Supreme Champion market animal and the Champion Barrow.

Kaylee Peel showed the Champion Gilt, the Reserve Champion Boar, and won showmanship honors for those ages 15 and older.

Laney Gatson had the Champion Market Gilt and the reserve market animal.

Lucy Gatson won honors showing the Reserve Champion Market Gilt.

Erin Campbell had the Champion Boar.

Emily Schriener showed the Reserve Champion Barrow.

Lainie Cowan won showmanship for those ages 11 through 14.

Remington Isaccs won showmanship among those 8 to 10 years old.

All of those individuals listed above are from Chillicothe.

Lylah Smith of Braymer exhibited the Reserve Champion Gilt.
