Swan Lake National Wildlife Refuge one mile south of Sumner will reopen to the public Saturday morning at 6 o’clock.
Refuge Manager Steve Whitson reports on the purpose of closing the refuge for part of the year.
Whitson added the Visitor Center is typically open weekdays from March to May and open weekends from May to October.
Whitson encourages everyone to come enjoy the outdoors at the refuge.
