Sullivan County Fair kicks off July 5th

The Sullivan County Fair begins its yearly run July 5th through 10th at the Expo Center and fairgrounds at Milan.

Activities July 5th include entering and judging of exhibits, and a trophy presentation for the Sullivan County Shootout.

The schedule for July 6th includes a dog show and the Sullivan County Fair Queen pageant, which will be held at the Sullivan County Community Center.

The lineup July 7th includes goat judging, a County of Champions Show, as well as sheep and lead-line judging.

The schedule July 8th includes small animal and swine shows.

Saturday, July 9th is Farm Bureau Day when Sullivan County Farm Bureau sponsors a free breakfast for 4-H and FFA members and families. The Beef show gets underway as well.

A horse show, in conjunction with the Green Hills Horse Show circuit, is to be held July 10th at the Sullivan County Expo Center and fairgrounds arena at Milan.
