The Jamesport intersection downtown was re-opened during the weekend to allow traffic to use the streets adjacent to where the building housing the Post Office and another business had collapsed last Wednesday morning.
Daviess County Emergency Management reported demolition crews were able to clear the brick and debris from the streets to allow the Missouri Department of Transportation to open Route F and Highway 190 as of Saturday night.
