Spickard Fall Festival hosts a full slate of activities today

The Spickard Fall Festival schedule lists a host of activities for the entire family today.

Exhibits can be checked in at the Wise Building this morning from 8 until noon, with judging at 1 o’clock today. A balloon launch in the park is this afternoon at 1 o’clock.

Games in the park, a school scavenger hunt, and kickball all are planned at 1:30 this afternoon.

A barbecue pork and beef supper is scheduled for 6 o’clock this evening with the menu to include includes green beans, cole slaw, potato salad, rolls, and pie. The cost for the meal is $8.00, with children ages 12 and younger charged $3.50.

Royalty is to be crowned at 7 o’clock tonight with DJ Kenny Lee providing music at 8 o’clock.

A 50-50 drawing is slated for tonight at 10 o’clock.
