Spickard Fall Festival Royalty was crowned Friday night.
The King is Brayden Holtzclaw, and the Queen is Kinlea Griffin, the Prince is Alex Holtzclaw, and the Princess is Alice Tharp. All of the royalty contestants were from Spickard.
A talent contest was also held as part of the Spickard Fall Festival Friday night. The first-place winners were Arizona Youngs of Saint Joseph in the 12 years old and younger category, Milo Simpson of Spickard for 13 to 16 years old, and Levi and Shaysa Deardorff of Trenton in the adult group.
Spickard Fair Board member Carolyn Brown says about 20 contestants participated in the talent contest.
