Spickard City Clerk Kristie Martin reports there is a delay in April billing for Spickard due to a family emergency.
Martin says the bills will be mailed today (Wednesday), and the due date has been extended to May 15th.
Hang tags and re-connection notices will remain on the normal schedule.
