Several streets in Chillicothe will be closed for events the weekend of September 15th through 17th.
Chillicothe Police Chief Rick Knouse reports streets will be closed for the Homecoming parade September 15 which will start that afternoon at 2:20.
The parade will start at the middle school on Polk Street and then go down Washington Street, Ann Street, north on Locust Street, and end at Calhoun Street.
Knouse says Trenton Street from JFK Avenue to 10th Street, 10th from Trenton Street to Easton Street, Easton from 10th and JFK Avenue, and JFK Avenue from Easton to Trenton Street will be closed during the Second Annual Quinn Memorial Fun Run and 5K Run/Walk. The event starts the morning of September 16th at 7:45.
Knouse says Trenton Street from JFK Avenue to 10th Street will also be closed for the Saint Columbians Fall Festival September 17th.
That event will begin that morning at 11 o’clock.
