Several waived preliminary hearings in Associate Division of Grundy County circuit court and were bound over to Division One of circuit court in Trenton.

44-year-old Rhonda Howard of Trenton is charged with possessing a controlled substance with intent to distribute, deliver or sell it. She’s also accused of two other counts of possessing a controlled substance.

19-year-old Kelsey Howard of Trenton is charged with three counts of possessing a controlled substance.

17-year-old Taya Sternquist of Leisure Lake is accused of three counts of possessing a controlled substance plus first-degree endangering the welfare of a child involving drugs.

52-year-old Michelle Curtis of Trenton is charged with possessing a controlled substance and delivery or possession of a controlled substance at a county jail.

Samuel Lawson of Trenton is accused of possessing a controlled substance.

48-year-old Carl May of Trenton is charged with possessing a controlled substance.

17-year-old Jeremiah Lovell of Trenton is charged with first-degree tampering with a motor vehicle.

23-year-old Tony Dittemore and 19-year-old Bobbi Zimmer, both of Trenton, are charged with second-degree burglary.

31-year-old Javier Hernandez of Kansas City is accused of non-support.

All of those listed above waived a preliminary hearing in Associate Division of Grundy County circuit court and were bound over to Division One of circuit court in Trenton.

34-year-old Victor Tunnell of Galt waived a preliminary hearing and was bound over to Division One on a charge accusing him with forgery. A misdemeanor charge accusing Tunnell with second-degree endangering the welfare of a child was certified to be heard in Division One.
