Several accidents in report from Chillicothe Police Department

Officers were dispatched to a two-vehicle non-injury traffic crash in the 1400 block of Fair St.  A vehicle driven by Lena F. Surber collided with a parked vehicle owned by Christina Lybarger after adjusting her rearview mirror.  Surber’s vehicle received extensive damage and was towed by Peery’s Towing.  Lybarger’s vehicle received minor damage.

Officers were dispatched to a one vehicle non-injury traffic crash on U.S. Hwy. 65 at the U.S. Hwy. 36 overpass.  A vehicle driven by James P. Casey struck a road sign while attempting to turn North on U.S. Hwy. 65.

 Officers were dispatched to a two-vehicle non-injury traffic crash on N. Washington St. at First St.  A vehicle driven by Alyshia M. King collided with a vehicle driven by Timothy M. Benedict why he was attempting to turn onto N. Washington St.  Moderate damage was reported to both vehicles.

Officers were dispatched to a two-vehicle non-injury traffic crash in the 2800 block of Hornet Rd.  A vehicle driven by Cody M. Kennebeck collided with the rear of a vehicle driven by Molly M. Bernskoetter.  Kennebeck’s vehicle received moderate damage and was towed from the scene by Peery’s Towing.  Minor damage was reported to Bernskoetter’s vehicle.

Officers took a report of a domestic disturbance near N. Washington St. and Park Ln.  No arrests were made.

Officers were dispatched to a domestic disturbance in the 1300 block of Third St.  The incident was determined to be verbal in nature.  No arrests were made.

Officers took a report of property damage in the 200 block of Park Ln.  The investigation is on-going.

Officers were dispatched to a deceased person in the 1600 block of Fair St.  Officers were assisted by the Chillicothe Department of Emergency Services and the Livingston County Coroner’s Office.

Officers took a report of an assault in the 300 block of Elm St.  The incident was referred to the Livingston County Juvenile Office.

Officers were dispatched to a domestic disturbance in the 900 block of Trenton St.  The incident was determined to be verbal in nature.  No arrests were made.
