United States Senator Roy Blunt will make several stops in Northwest Missouri on Saturday, May 4th, 2019.
Blunt will meet with state and local officials during a visit to the Grant City Medical Center at noon. He will tour the new facility, which provides primary family health care services in Worth County.
Blunt will discuss telehealth and efforts to expand access to mental health treatment at the North Central Missouri Mental Health Center of Bethany at 1:25. He is to focus on expanding rural broadband and providing access to telehealth in rural communities.
Blunt will then visit the Gallatin Water Treatment Facility at 2:30. The treatment facility received funding through Blunt-backed grant and loan programs from the U. S. departments of Agriculture and Housing and Urban Development.
