Triumph Foods, LLC of Saint Joseph donated 33,000 pounds of premium pork products to Second Harvest Food Bank of Northwest Missouri.
The donated meat included lean, high-quality pork spare ribs, back ribs, hams, loins, tenderloins, and pork steaks.
The donation will help provide over 100,000 meals across the 19 counties Second Harvest serves in Northwest Missouri and Northeast Kansas.
