One person was injured in a two-vehicle collision late Saturday afternoon on East 9th Street in Trenton, east of Rural Street.
A Trenton police officer reported 56-year-old Mary Jane Willige of Marshfield was slowing to make a turn into a business parking lot when the car she was driving was struck from behind by a pickup. The truck was driven by 17-year-old Elizabeth Morgan Fewins of rural Trenton who stated to police she had looked into a rear view mirror when the accident occurred.
The police report Ms. Willige received minor injuries and was taken to Wright Memorial Hospital and that Miss Fewins was not reported hurt.
Damage was listed as minor to the pickup and moderate for the car.
