Ryan Mullenix, Nicholas Gass, Tanner Hudson to appear in Daviess county court on drug charges

Three residents of Trenton have court appearances coming up at Gallatin following arrests in late March by the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department.

One of them faces a felony drug charge while two others face misdemeanor charges.

Online court information shows felony marijuana possession charges for Ryan Cade Mullenix of Trenton. He posted a 35 hundred dollar bond which was ten percent of the initial 35-thousand dollar bond. Mullenix is to have a preliminary hearing June 7th.

Facing misdemeanor charges of possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia are Nicholas Gass and Tanner Hudson both of Trenton. Gass is to be arraigned Tuesday, May 17, While the Hudson arraignment is scheduled June 21st. Both were issued summons to appear in court.

The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department previously reported the arrests were made during a traffic stop just after midnight March 26th. A fourth person, taken into custody, was described as of juvenile age and released to the parents.

Judge Daren Adkins is to preside when the three adults make their appearances in the associate division of the Daviess County Circuit Court.
