Voters broke a tie on Tuesday for the remaining seat on the Wilson Township Board.
County Clerk Betty Spickard reports Ronald Owens won the special election with 103 votes.
Russ Thompson received 39 votes with 142 votes able to be counted. Votes included 132 at the polls and 10 absentees.
Owens and Thompson both received 53 votes in the April 2nd Election.
