RN Student Nurses Association to hold “Heroes Care Package Drive”

The North Central Missouri College RN Student Nurses Association will collect care package items to help the local National Guard Unity serving overseas.

The Heroes Care Package Drive will run through November 20 and collection bins are located at the Trenton and Chillicothe Hy-Vee and the NCMC Allied Health Administration Office on the Trenton campus in Cross Hall.

Suggested items include candy, Ramen noodles, cereal, canned chicken and tuna, bags of nuts, instant hot chocolate, beef jerky, microwave popcorn, coffee, board games, baby wipes, q-tips, Cup of Noodles, Poptarts, cookies, granola bars, Kool-Aid singles, Pringles chips, flavored oatmeal, sunflower seeds, playing cards, hand warmers, soap, and lip balm.

The RN Student Nurses Association asks individuals to not donate pork products, alcohol, hand sanitizer, aerosol cans, or glass containers.
