A man from Richmond is facing multiple charges in Ray County after his arrest Sunday morning by the Highway Patrol.
Bond for 58-year-old Clarence Edward Morgan of Richmond is $25,000 cash pending an appearance in court. Morgan has been charged with five felony counts and three misdemeanors.
Morgan is accused of possession of a controlled substance or synthetic cannabinoid; possession of a forging instrument; delivery or possession of a controlled substance at a jail; unlawful use of a weapon while allegedly possessing an illegal drug and tampering with physical evidence in a felony prosecution.
Misdemeanor counts are for alleged failure to drive on the right half of the road, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia; and no proof of vehicle insurance.
