A public hearing has been canceled regarding a health permit application for a concentrated animal feeding operation in the northern part of Livingston County.
The Livingston County Commission was scheduled to hold the hearing Tuesday, September 15th.
The County Clerk’s Office reports the applicant, United Hog Systems, LLC, withdrew its application, and there is no longer a need for the hearing.
