Authorities are reporting the arrest of a Princeton man in connection with an alleged felony in Mercer County on the first of February.
Thirty-eight-year-old Brian Dean Preszler of Princeton has been charged with sodomy, 2nd-degree rape, and incest. Charges were filed in court Friday by Prosecutor Lauren Horsman. Arraignment and bond hearing is scheduled Tuesday in the Associate Division of circuit court. No bond was allowed.
According to additional court records, Preszler previously received prison sentences on charges of first-degree burglary, several counts of theft of a firearm, and felony non-support.
Missouri Department of Corrections has indicated Preszler was on parole but is now being held in the Mercer County Jail.
