Portions of Bethany have been placed under a boil order.
The order affects the area from east of 14th Street to Interstate 35 and from south of Beekman Street to the city limits. The boil order will continue until Thursday afternoon at 3 o’clock.
A spokesperson from the Bethany City Hall says the boil order was put into place due to scheduled repairs being more extensive than expected and affecting a larger area than anticipated.
