Pleasant View R-6 School will host a faculty and staff versus students basketball game and an alumni basketball game in the school’s gym Saturday, March 25th starting at 6 o’clock.
A kindergarten through fourth-grade cheerleading performance will be held during the halftime of the faculty and staff versus students game.
A basketball shootout will be held during the halftime of the alumni game and costs $1.
The games include regular admission with concessions to include pulled pork sandwiches.
The Pleasant View Community Club will also hold its annual benefit auction between the games, which will include homemade desserts donated by Pleasant View parents, grandparents, and supporters; a handmade quilt by Superintendent Rebecca Steinhoff; and a handmade knife made by Matt Ray.
Proceeds from the night’s activities will fund educational field trips and school projects.
