The planning is underway for the 2020 Trenton High School Alumni Weekend. This year’s dates are September 4th, 5th, and 6th, 2020.
Preparations for the annual mailing are taking shape with classes encouraged to pick up mailing lists as soon as possible to finalize any address changes leading up to the mailing meeting scheduled for Sunday, April 19th in the THS Commons. Class representatives who have not received class lists are asked to contact Dr. John Holcomb or Steve Maxey to receive a current list of class members’ addresses. Those are to be returned by April 1, 2020, to Holcomb for preparing labels and envelopes.
The annual mailing work session will take place at 1:30 on April 19th and officials are asking for a large turn-out for the project. Classes that have special reunion plans in place are invited to bring a one-page letter for inclusion in their respective mailing to announce reunion activities. All other supplies will be provided.
Steve Maxey, secretary of the Alumni Association/Foundation Trust for THS reminds everyone that the THS Alumni Reunion is one of the most successful high school reunions in the country and the cooperation of individual classes allows for such success. Maxey encourages alums of all ages to mark their calendars for the mailing meeting as well as the 2020 reunion. The 2020 reunion will be the 71st reunion for Trenton High School with a weekend of activities being planned.
