The Trenton Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at the Trenton City Hall tonight at 7 o’clock.
The commission will hear a request from Bill Stevenson for a conditional use permit to change from business use to residential to allow for a structure at 924 Washington Street to be converted into a one bedroom studio unit.
