The Sunnyview Foundation has announced Peggy Christensen as the employee of the month for December.
Ms. Christensen has been a Sunnyview employee since 2009, works in housekeeping and was selected from resident and family nominations.
She received an employee of the month parking spot and a $25.00 check from the foundation.
The foundation continues to raise funds for additional landscaping for the residents and is also selling Christmas lights and bulbs in memory or in honor of a loved one. The lights will be used to decorate a Christmas tree at the front entrance of the nursing home.
A lighting ceremony is set for the evening of December 10th which is the night of the Sunnyview apartment’s Christmas dinner.
The public may purchase lights and bulbs at Sunnyview Nursing Home during the business hours from 9 until 5.
