The Highway Patrol reports a pedestrian sustained minor injuries when a car struck her on private property one-third of a mile north of Milan Friday morning.
A private vehicle transported 39-year-old Noelia Castruita Saucedo of Milan to the Sullivan County Memorial Hospital in Milan. The driver, 33-year-old Marc Simbi of Kirksville, was reported as not injured.
The car traveled south in a parking lot before striking the pedestrian with the front left fender. The Patrol notes the driver wore a seat belt.
